Sammi Adjei

Sammi Adjei (born 18 November 1973) is a former Ghanaian football player.

Adjei played at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona in the Ghanaian team that won the bronze medal. Adjei was used in all three group games. After he had been missing in the quarterfinals and in the semifinals, he came in the bronze medal match against the Australian team again used.
