San Jose (Batangas)

San Jose ( Tagalog: Bayan ng San Jose) is a Philippine municipality in the province of Batangas, in the administrative region IV, Calabarzon. It has 68 517 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 33 barangays. It is classified as a church of the first income class in the Philippines and as a partially urbanized.

The topography of the municipality is characterized by mountainous terrain. Your neighboring municipalities are Ibaan in the east, Lipa City in the north, San Pascual Batangas City and the south, Cuenca and Alitagtag in the West.
