Santa Montefiore

Santa Montefiore ( born February 2, 1970 as Santa Palmer - Tomkinson ) is a British writer.

Life

Montefiore has two siblings, the British It-girl Tara Palmer Tomkinson, and a brother named James Palmer - Tomkinson. Montefiore is the daughter of Charles Palmer - Tomkinson and Patricia Palmer - Tomkinson. Her mother is of Anglo- Argentine descent. Her father has represented his country (England) at the Olympic Winter Games of 1964 in skiing. In addition, her father is known to be friends with Prince Charles for over 30 years.

Santa Montefiore is married to the historian and author Simon Sebag - Montefiore, and has with him two children, Lily and Sasha. Before marriage she converted to Judaism.
