Santa Rosa de Quives District
Santa Rosa de Quives is one of the seven districts of the province of Canta in Peru. At 364.4 km ² area is home to around 5855 inhabitants. On January 1, 1952, Santa Rosa de Quives officially became a district of Arahuay (district). Santa Rosa de Quives bordered to the north Huamantanga (district), to the east by Lachaqui (district) and Arahuay (district ) in the south of the province Huarochirí and Carabayllo (district) and to the west by Carabayllo (district).
The acting mayor of the municipality is called Wilfredo Huapaya (2007-2010).
