Sants-Montjuïc

Sants -Montjuïc is the third of the ten municipalities of the Catalan capital of Barcelona. With an area of ​​22.94 square kilometers, it occupies more than one-fifth of the total area of Barcelona, ​​making it the largest in the city. In relation to the population it is the third largest municipality. History

Before Sants was incorporated in 1897 in the city of Barcelona, it was a separate municipality in the land Pla de Barcelona, ​​located at Cami Ral and bore the name of Santa Maria de Sants.
