SAP Solution Manager

The SAP Solution Manager is a free collection of tools, content and services offered by SAP AG to support the launch and subsequent operation of their enterprise applications.

SAP Solution Manager:

  • Tools: they support the end user in the care of solutions, for example in the management of changes to the central monitoring or service desk.
  • Content: they contain examples or of good solutions and methods of presentation for the company. For example: roadmaps for implementation and upgrade projects, templates for the flow of business, or description of the approach to tasks of the IT organization.
