The Sapun ( Russian and Ukrainian Сапун - гора ) is an approximately 240 meter high ridge on the Crimean peninsula in southern Ukraine.

The Sapun is just over one kilometer south of the bay of Sevastopol. The development of the city lying north-west of Sevastopol now extends well into the ridge.

During World War II there was the battle of Sevastopol and the Battle of the Crimea instead. In memory of the struggles a memorial was erected in the 1960s.
