Sarah Weeks

Sarah Weeks ( born March 18, 1955 in Ann Arbor ) is an American children's book author.

Sarah Weeks written picture books, children's books and content quality literature for older children. Several of her books have been excellent so So B. It was in August 2005, the literary prize Lynx of the month and was nominated for the 2006 German Youth Literature Prize.

She wrote songs for Sesame Street, the Olsen Twins and for the Disney animated film Pooh 's Grand Adventure. Today she works as a singer, songwriter and author, together with her two sons in New York.

Sarah Weeks 2006 he founded the group A.R.T. ( Authors Readers Theatre ), whose members Avi, Sharon Creech, Walter Dean Meyers, Pam Munoz Ryan, Richard Peck, and they themselves are.
