SC Steinfort

The Sporting Club Stone Fort is a Luxembourgian football club from Stone Fort. The club colors are green and white.

History

The SC Stone Fort was founded in 2007 as a merger of the two clubs FC Sporting (founded in 1923) and Sporting Club Lisbon Luxembourg. In the first year after the merger of SCS finished second in the final table of an honorary degree ( second highest division) in third place and managed a 2-0 victory against third-bottom of the National Division, FC Wiltz 71, first promotion to the highest Luxembourg league. In the following season, 2008/ 09, however, the SC Stone Fort rose second last right off again.

After relegation to the third division in stone fort missed second in the 1st Division, 2nd District 2012 's re-emergence into the honorary doctorate in Barragespiel against Young Boys Diekirch by a 4:6 defeat on penalties (2-2 aet, 4-6 iE ).
