Scatternet

Under a scatternet is a group of independent and asynchronous piconets that contain at least one Bluetooth device in common. A maximum of 10 completely full piconets are merged into a scatternet. The gateway devices act towards their own piconet as a master, against the master of the scatternet as a slave.
