Scherstorklippen

The shear Stork lips are caused by a Wollsackverwitterung granite rock formation (up to 694 m above sea level. NN ) in the Harz mountain range, near Schierke in the district of Harz in Saxony- Anhalt.

Geographical location

The shear Stork lips are in the Upper Harz ( high resin ) in the Harz Nature Park / Saxony- Anhalt. You are in a wooded area 1.6 km south-southwest of Schierke, 2 km west-northwest of misery, about 1 km west-southwest from the summit of Barenbergs ( 695.5 m above sea level. NN ) and about 2.2 km east-southeast of Lower Saxony at the limit altitude mountain group of worm mountain, Big and Small Winterberg Winterberg. Hiking and Climbing

The Stork shear lips can be reached on forest and hiking trails. The approximately 1.5 km west of misery branching from State Road 27 to the north trail is also suitable for bicycles.
