Schottmalhorn (Steinernes Meer)

The Schottmalhorn is a 2225 m high mountain in the Stony Sea in the Berchtesgaden Alps. From Kärlingerhaus of view, the Schottmalhorn appears as a prominent rock pillar on the opposite side of the Funtensees and is occasionally confused with the Schönfeldspitze. On the Schottmalhorn performs no marked trail system. The summit is only accessible by means of climbing routes from the UIAA II Difficulty.
