Scott Edward Kazmir ( born January 24, 1984 in Houston, Texas) is an American starting pitcher in Major League Baseball. Kazmir playing with the Los Angeles Angels after nearly six years with the Tampa Bay Rays in the American League.
High School

New York Mets
Kazmir was drafted in the first round by the New York Mets in 2002. In 2004, Kazmir was one of the most promising candidates of the Mets to be added to the MLB team.
