Scott McClellan

Scott McClellan ( born February 14, 1968 in Austin, Texas) is the former press secretary to U.S. President George W. Bush. He was the successor of Ari Fleischer in July 2003 and was replaced on 26 April 2006 by Tony Snow.

McClellan is the youngest son of the Texas politician Carole Keeton Strayhorn and the attorney Barr McClellan. After graduation from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was president of Sigma Phi Epsilon Texas Alpha Chapter, McClellan was three his mother 's campaign manager. In addition, he served as Chief of Staff, a member of the State Senate of Texas. In May 2008, the book What Happened, in which he strongly attacks President Bush and his administration appeared.
