Scott Meyers

Scott Douglas Meyers ( born April 9, 1959) is an American computer scientist. He wrote three introductory books for C programming. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and trade shows. Meyers received a Ph.D. in computer science from Brown University and an MS in computer science at Stanford University.

In March 2009, Meyer was awarded the Dr. Dobb 's Journal Excellence in Programming Award.
