Scrambled eggs

Scrambled eggs, which in Austria scrambled eggs or eggs lard, is a simple dish of eggs that are cooked in a pan.

Raw eggs are used for preparation pitched, beaten, salted and hammered a low heat in butter or vegetable oil. Often the beaten eggs are mixed or with a little milk, cream, water or crème fraîche to make the scrambled eggs creamy. Alternatively, the eggs can be beaten directly into a pan with melted butter and mixed during cooking with the other ingredients. Depending on your preference the egg mixture is cooked evenly by stirring, turning or scraping with a spatula. Finish is the scrambled eggs when it hammered, but is still moist and shiny.

Usual supplements are bacon, ham, shrimp, cheese, mushrooms, onions, herbs or bread crumbs, even tomatoes and other vegetables.
