Sdot Jam (Hebrew שדות ים, alternative spelling Sedot Jam ) is a kibbutz in northern Israel; it lies on the Mediterranean coast north-west of Hadera and has about 680 inhabitants.

Sdot Jam was founded in 1940 by members of Israeli youth movements. The aim was to support the development of industry and the illegal Jewish immigration to Palestine before the founding of the state above all. In Sdot Jam the forerunner of the Israeli Navy, which Palyam, was founded.

The kibbutz is located immediately south of the vast archaeological site of ancient Caesarea ( Caesarea Maritima ); an important source of income is due to the nearby archaeological sites, the location by the sea and near the golf course of tourism.

Famous resident Sdot Jams was the Hungarian- Jewish resistance fighter Hannah Szenes.
