Sead Zilić

Sead Žilič ( born September 17, 1982 in Prijepolje ) is a Bosnian - Herzegovinian footballer who has a contract with Greek club AO Trikala since the summer of 2010.

Playing career

In youth Sead Žilič played for Partizan Belgrade before moving to Fiorentina in the summer of 1998. Only two years later he moved to Giovanni Trapattoni's recommendation to Hertha BSC. In the Berliners he gave the age of 18 21 matchday of the 2000/01 season in the 1-3 defeat against VfL Wolfsburg his Bundesliga debut. However Žilič could not prevail in Germany, after which he moved to his home for FK Sarajevo in January 2003.

However, he also came there not as desired for the course, which is why he moved on to half a year for NK Drava Ptuj Slovenia. After only three wins in the Slovenska Nogometna League was finished the season in last place. However, since Esotech Šmartno, NK Dravograd and Rudar Velenje retired from the game, you still kept the class and could finish as the 2004/05 season on a surprising sixth place.

After the season, the Bosnians joined the Polish first division club Wisła Płock. There Žilič was immediately regulars and played in the league 24 of 30 games in which five goals reach him. At the end of the season Płock reached the 12th place and was also able to win the Polish Cup.

2006 returned to NK Drava Ptuj Žilič back where he scored 30 goals in three years. After these three years Žilič for half a year after Israel was loaned to Maccabi Petah Tikva. However, in January 2010, he returned to the Slovenes and completed ten games in the second half.

In the summer of 2010, he then left Ptuj for the third time and hired the Greek second division AO Trikala, where he is under contract since then.
