Seathwaite Tarn
The Seathwaite Tarn is a reservoir in the Lake District, Cumbria, England.
The Seathwaite Tarn is a natural lake that was dammed between 1904 and 1907 by the construction of a dam to provide drinking water for Barrow-in- Furness. The lake is located south of the Grey Friar and north of Seathwaite Fells on the edge of the Duddon Valley and north of the village Seathwaite.
Through the 366 m long dam in the lake reaches a depth of 28 m.
