Sebastian (French musician)

SebastiAn ( born 1981 in Boulogne- Billancourt, actually Sebastian Akchoté ) is a French electro musician.

In 2005 he was known by his first two releases on the label Ed Banger Records, Smoking Kills and HAL. A string of remixes followed, including the artist Annie, Daft Punk, Cut Copy, Revl9n and label - mate Uffie. In the summer of 2006, there was the release of the EP Ross Ross Ross, as well as a remix for Kelis. 2007 appeared steak, the soundtrack to Quentin Dupeiuxs eponymous film, with the of SebastiAn, Mr. Oizo and Sébastien Tellier composed pieces. It was followed by the EP engine. Appeared in 2008 SebastiAn Remixes, a compilation of his remixes.

The guitarist Noël Akchoté is his brother.

In February 2007, a new SebastiAn track called Greel on the Ed Banger Records label compilation Ed Rec Vol II was released.

The remix Killing In The Name Of was released on 15 October 2007 as the B - side of the single Walkman ( Re -Edit ). Many people attribute it to Mr. Oizo, but according to internal information he comes from SebastiAn.
