Sebastian Heidinger

Sebastian Heidinger ( born January 11, 1986 in Miltenberg ) is a German football player who is under contract with the third division RB Leipzig since 2011.

Career

After 2007 he was active from 2005 in the Regionalliga Süd at SC Pfullendorf, he moved to the 2007/08 season in the Regionalliga Nord to Fortuna Dusseldorf. With the Fortuna Heidinger qualified this season for the newly created third league a year later succeeded in rising to the 2nd Bundesliga. In this he made his debut in 2009 (4th Round ) on August 31 in the 1-3 defeat in the away match against MSV Duisburg when he came on in the 66th minute for Olivier Caillas. His first goal he scored on 13 December 2009 ( 16th Round ) in a 2-0 win at home against Rot-Weiß Oberhausen 1-0 ahead in the 27th minute.

For the 2010/11 season Heidinger moved to league rivals Arminia Bielefeld, with whom he signed a two-year contract.

With the announcement of the change on 1 July 2011 for the regional lists RB Leipzig, he signed a contract valid until 2014.
