Sebastian Preiss ( born February 8, 1981 in Ansbach ) is a German handball player. His international debut he gave on January 4, 2002 in Balingen against Switzerland.

In Handball - Bundesliga began his career with THW Kiel with which he was German champion twice. There he had a second game right at TSV old wood. From 2005 to 2013, the county runners played for TBV Lemgo. For the 2013/14 season Sebastian Preiss moved back to the second division HC Erlangen.

With the German national team, he was 2007 World Champion in their own country. He was awarded the Silver Laurel Leaf for this triumph.
