Sébastien Lifshitz
Sébastien Lifshitz ( born January 21, 1968) is a French film director and screenwriter.
Life
Sébastien Lifshitz studied from 1987 to 1993 at the École du Louvre and the Sorbonne art history, worked as an assistant to Bernard Blistènes and Suzanne Lafont at the Centre Georges Pompidou and then pursue a career as a director. In Open hearts and Les terres froides Lifshitz also played in small supporting roles.
For his documentary Les Invisibles (2012 ), which portrays the lives of older gay men and women, he won a César in 2013.
