SeeBeyond Technology Corporation

SeeBeyond Technology Corporation ( formerly known as STC Software Technology Corporation) was an American software company headquartered in Monrovia, California (USA). It was founded in 1989 and most recently employed about 800 people worldwide. SeeBeyond was acquired on 28 June 2005 by Sun Microsystems for 387 million U.S. dollars.

SeeBeyond has developed software products for the integration of applications and systems in business (Enterprise Application Integration). The main products were the integration broker e * Gate and the SOA Suite ICAN (Integrated Composite Application Network). The latter was renamed and further developed after the acquisition by Sun Microsystems in JCAPS (Java Composite Application Platform Suite ).
