Sefa Yılmaz

Sefa Yilmaz (2013 )

Sefa Yilmaz (born 14 February 1990 in Berlin) is a Turkish footballer who plays for Kayserispor in the Turkish Süper Lig. His older brother Murat Yılmaz is also active as a professional football player.

Career

Yılmaz began his career at Eintracht Suedring Berlin. In 2005 he moved from Tennis Borussia Berlin in the youth department of VfL Wolfsburg, for which he also inserts 52 came in the second team later.

For the season 2010/11 he moved to MSV Duisburg, where he signed a contract until 2012. His first competitive match for his new club, he graduated in the first round of the DFB Cup against VfB Lübeck. A week later he came also to his pro debut in the second division season opener against VfL Osnabrück. In the summer 2011, he released his contract on the MSV Duisburg and signed for Turkish club Kayserispor.

National

In addition to the Turkish Yılmaz also has the German nationality.

Yılmaz played 19 Inserts for U-18 and U-19 national team of Turkey, scoring three goals. He was temporarily in the extended squad of the German U-20 national team. On 25 March 2011, he debuted in the Turkish Under-21 national team in the match against Liechtenstein ( 6:1).

His debut for the Turkish national football team gave Yılmaz on 28 May 2013 for a friendly against Latvia.
