Şehitkamil is a municipality and also the name of a district in the Turkish province of Gaziantep in Southeast Anatolia. Şehitkamil is the northern district of Gaziantep. The district had 2008 581.734 inhabitants in the year.

Şehitkamil is located in the north of the province, bordering the province of Kahramanmaras. Is named the place after the martyr Mehmet Kamil, who had fought after the First World War against the French occupiers.
