Şehmus Özer

Şehmus Özer ( born May 10, 1980 in Ergani ) is a Turkish football player. Since three brothers of him are also active as a football player in professional football, he is in Turkish football as a member of Özer Kardeşler (German: Brothers Özer ) known.

Career

Şehmus Özer started with the club football in the youth of Erganispor. In the summer of 1998 he was awarded a professional contract here and was included in the first team squad. Here he made the jump right away in the trunk formation. After one season he was consistently active here, he moved to the second division Yeni Malatyaspor. After a year he moved to city rivals Malatyaspor. Here he came as a reserve player occasionally used. They reached the end of the season by winning the TFF 1 Lig Play Offs indirect promotion to the Süper Lig in the Süper Lig, he eked out more of a reservist existence, so he spent the second half of the season on loan at Kayserispor.

2002/ 03 he left Malatyaspor and heuterte at second division Gümüşhane Doğanspor. After the end of the season he missed the league with this club, he moved within the league to Mardinspor. Here he established himself immediately as a performer and was four seasons consistently active.

He then went to the second division Karşıyaka SK and experienced with 13 goals in 31 league games so far his most successful season.

At season's end he left Karşıyaka and moved to city rivals Altay Izmir. Here he played two seasons and missed only twice in the TFF 1 Lig Play Offs promotion to the Süper Lig until letzterv instance.

In the summer of 2010/11 he moved to second division club Mersin İdman Yurdu, reaching with this club end of the season the championship of the TFF 1 Lig and thus the direct promotion to the Süper Lig

After his one-year deal with Mersin İdman Yurdu had expired, his contract was not renewed. So moved Özerzur upcoming season for second division Akhisar Belediyespor. This was achieved complete surprise the championship of the TFF 1 Lig and thus the direct promotion to the Süper Lig with its eleven season hits, he was the top scorer of his team and was instrumental in this success. At season's end he solved by mutual consent on his current contract and separated from Akhisar Belediyespor.

In early September 2012, announced his move to the second division Şanlıurfaspor. During the winter break of the season 2012/13 he left Şanlıurfaspor and changed within the league to Karşıyaka SK. In the local derby against 26 Round Göztepe Izmir, there were several confrontations on the field. Since the referee Hüseyin Özer Sabancı repeatedly attacked despite warnings he has been banned from Turkish Football Federation for 14 games.

For the new season moved to the second TFF Lig to city rivals Altay Izmir. In this club Özer was already between 2008 and 2010 worked.

  • Şehmus Özer comes from a family footballers. His younger brothers Zülküf Özer, Nezir Özer ve Sadettin Özer are also active as a professional footballer. Overall, he has eight siblings.
