Selhurst Park is the football stadium of English Premier League club Crystal Palace FC. Was built in 1924 and is located in the far south London in the South Norwood area.

The capacity of the Selhurst Park is 26 225, these are exclusively covered seats. The majority of these seats are distributed among the bleachers at the field sites, the Main Stand and the Arthur Wait stand, both getting on in years and no longer conform to the latest standards. Modern contrast, the Homesdale Road Stand is ( built in 1995 ) on the southern side of the head field, which is the only stand of two ranks. At the other end of the field is the Whitehorse Lane Stand, which has relatively few seats, but on some boxes.

Though the Crystal Palace F. C. Is master of the house and its chairman Simon Jordan owner of Selhurst Park, the stadium in the past has been sublet to two other clubs. Charlton Athletic wore from 1986 to 1991 its home matches at Selhurst Park, before the club returned back to the Valley. The direct succeeded by the FC Wimbledon, which until moving to Milton Keynes (2003) was also able to Selhurst Park to call his home.
