The rare pure is a left tributary of the Löbauer water in Saxony.

Course

It originates at the eastern foot of Bubenik and flows through a shallow valley to the east. It was given its name because of the turbidity of the water by the removals of Lößlehmbodens in their upper reaches.

Along the creek extend the places Oelsa and Altlöbau, both of which belong to the city of Lobau. Between the two places via the rare clean the inaugurated on 5 November 2001 local bypass Lobau the national road 178, which begins east of the larch mountain and in the valley of buttermilk water results in Nekhen on the highway 6.

South of the center of Lobau the rare pure forms a deep valley. In the years 1926-1927 a stone arch bridge on the National Highway 178 was built to Zittau over the valley, which was inaugurated in 1927 as the Hindenburg Bridge and blown up on May 8, 1945. After its reconstruction 1950-1951 the rare pure bridge was named the bridge of youth. Prior to commissioning, the local bypass Lobau State Road 178 led over the bridge, which was renovated in 2002. Below the bridge is located in the valley which was built in 1458 Holy Ghost Church.

In the Löbauer district Tiefendorf the rare clean empties into the Löbauer water. It has a length of 4.5 km and overcomes a height difference of 63 m.
