Selver Hodžić

Selver Hodžić ( born October 12, 1978 in Brčko, SFR Yugoslavia, now Bosnia and Herzegovina ) is a Bosnian -Swiss football player. He is a skilled toolmaker.

Selver Hodžić fled in 1993 as a 15 -year-old due to the outbreak of the Yugoslav wars with his mother and sister from his home in Bosnia - with only two suitcases. Hodžić spent eight months in Hungary, before he moved to Switzerland, where his father, himself a former professional football player, a new life had built up.

In Switzerland, the defender now playing for the juniors of FC Red Cross and later for his fourth league team. About the train stations 94 (1st League ), FC Luzern ( National League A), SC Buochs ​​(1st League ) and FC Baden ( National League B) came Hodžić before the 2002/03 season for FC Thun in the Swiss Super League.
