Sow Easter grass at Easter time is a European, or a native of Poland custom. The grass that is sprouting light green after some time actually wheat.
Symbolism
The growing grass stands for the incoming spring, new life at Easter is symbolized. From the light to dark seeds sprouting fresh green grass. Green is a sign of hope.
Application
The growth of wheat should be observed and the Easter grass are sown 2-3 weeks before Easter. This requires a flat waterproof shell, usually made of ceramic. This area should be generously covered with cotton wool, they replaced the earth. You can also use commercial potting soil. Cotton and earth should be very moist, so that the seeds can absorb water. They begin to germinate and sprout. Heat and moisture ( water spray ) is helpful for growth. If the grass is too close to a radiator, it can dry very quickly.
