Senbei

Sembei (Japanese煎饼) are light brown roasted rice crackers in different sizes. They are still quite originally manufactured and sold in Japan, particularly at popular tourist destinations. A sembei is often provided with an image or a symbol of the place of manufacture, and therefore a popular souvenir ( Omiyage ) of travel.
