Seo Jung-won

Seo Jung -won ( born December 17, 1970 in Seoul) is a South Korean football manager and former footballer.

Career as a player

The Koreans began his career at Sangmu FC Seoul. In 1997 he moved to LG Cheetahs. After a year at the Anyang small whirlwind joined in January 1998 for the first time to Europe. The club was Racing Strasbourg. From 1999 to 2002 he was engaged in Strasbourg. In 2002 he went back to South Korea's Suwon Samsung Bluewings. In January 2005, he came to Austria to Salzburg Austria. As Seo was no longer needed after the takeover of Austria Salzburg by Red Bull, he moved to SV Ried. There he played an extremely successful 2005/06 season and became the regular player at right midfield. Through his playing position and speed he got the nickname in Ried " winger ". In June 2006, he extended his contract with the SV Ried for another year.
