Serra do Cipó National Park

The National Park of Serra do Cipó has been founded in 1984 National Park in the state of Minas Gerais in Brazil and has a size of 31.010 hectares.

Several waterfalls, such as the Cachoeira de farofa, and the Bandeirantes canyon can be hiked. In the park are located at several points prehistoric rock paintings dating back to 12,000 BC, the show alongside anthropomorphic representations of the body of three-finger and two-toed animals in rust-red color. Guided tours take place with the local rangers.
