Serra Gaúcha

The Serra Gaúcha is a mountainous region in the northeast of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul.

The area was settled down many German and Italian immigrants. In the cities of this region, the German and Italian influence, for example, reflected in the architecture and cuisine.
