Seven Management and Planning Tools

The Seven Management and Planning Tools ( German: seven management and planning tools or seven new quality management tools ) are an expanded collection of quality assurance methods and have their roots in operations research following the Second World War and the Japanese Total Quality Control ( TQC ). They are an extension of the seven tools of quality and were published in 1979 by the Japanese experts for quality assurance Shigeru Mizuno
