Shawn Levy

Shawn Adam Levy (born 1967 in Montreal, Canada ) is a Canadian- American film director, actor and producer.

Levy graduated at age 20 with a degree in Drama Department at Yale University with honors. After undergraduate studies, he moved to Los Angeles and started there after studying film at USC his acting and directing career. First, he made several short films with attention to itself and then worked under contract with Nickelodeon and Disney Channel.

His first major appearances had Levy thirtysomething in the series Beverly Hills, 90210 and in the feature film Made in America (1993). Levy's first success was Director Fat Liar ( 2002). It was followed by the comedy Just Married ( 2003). In the comedies Cheaper by the Dozen (2003) and The Pink Panther (2006), he worked with Steve Martin. Most recently, he sat for the movies Date Night (2010), Real Steel (2011) and Prakti.com (2013 ) on the director's chair.

Since 2005, Levy also operates as a film producer ( Cheaper by the Dozen 2 - Two fathers are spinning, Night at the Museum, Night at the Museum 2, Love Vegas, Date Night, Real Steel, and The Watch - neighbors of the third kind ).

Currently, Levy is working for 20th Century- Fox Studios.
