Shell Kepler
Shell Kepler ( October 5, 1958 in Painesville, Lake County, Ohio; † 1st February 2008 in Portland, Oregon) was an American singer and actress.
Life
Career
Shell Kepler would already be a two- year-old actress after she had the film The Wizard of Oz seen; at the age of nine, she stood for the first time on a theater stage.
After finishing high school, she went with her family to Los Angeles. She played her first role as a guest star in the television series CHiPs. But she became known only a year later, in 1979, when she joined the soap opera General Hospital. There, she played the role of a nurse Amy Vining to 2002.
In the early 1980s, she sang in the band " Shell & The Crush ".
Private
After her acting career, Kepler advocated for charitable purposes.
Her mother died when she was 14 years old. Shell Kepler had a brother named Fred, who listened as the guitarist and lead singer of a rock band.
Shell Kepler was married from 1985 to 1991 with Kenny Ryback and 1992-2000 with Robert DeSantis.
She died at the age of 49 from kidney failure.
