Shigeyoshi Inoue

Shigeyoshi Inoue (Japanese井上 成 美, even Inoue seibi read; born December 9, 1889 in Sendai, † December 15, 1975 in Yokosuka ) was a Japanese admiral.

Life

Inoue graduated 1909, the naval officer academy as a second in his class from. In the aftermath of the First World War he served as a naval attaché in Switzerland and in France, before he attended from 1922 to 1924, the Naval College. From 1927 to 1929, a further stay in Europe followed as a naval attaché in Italy. From 1933 to 1935 Inoue commanded as captain the battleship Hiei, which was used at that time as a training ship.
