Shinobi Life

Shinobi Life (Japaneseシノビ ライフ, Shinobi Raifu ) is a manga series of the Japanese illustrator Shoko Conami (こなみ 詔子, Konami Shoko ). The work has been translated into several languages ​​and is classified in the genre shōjo and romance.

Content

The ninja Kagetora (景虎) is the bodyguard of Princess Beni (红 姫, Beni -hime ). On the run from enemies, he falls into a lake with her and finds himself alone again in the future. There he meets Beni Fujirawa (ふじわらべ に), a schoolgirl and a descendant of Princess Beni. In addition, she is the daughter of a rich family and is therefore kidnapped again and again. Since it considers the princess, he protects her from now on. Soon the two fall in love.

Publication

The pilot chapter ( Yomikiri ) appeared in Issue 8 /2005 ( 6 July 2005) in the manga magazine publishing Akita Shoten Princess of Japan. After irregular publications of individual chapters, followed from 2006 serialization in the magazine, where the manga to output to 4/2012 (6 March 2012) was published. The chapters have been summarized from May 2006 to June 2012 in 13 anthologies ( tankōbon ).

An English version of the manga was published in North America at Tokyopop, a French in Asuka Comics and a Chinese at Sharp Point in Taiwan. Egmont Manga and Anime published from February 2010 to April 2013, all volumes in German.
