Shire of East Pilbara

East Pilbara is located in the north of the state about 1000 to 1600 km northeast of the capital Perth. The seat of the Shire Council is located in the town of Newman, where about 4250 inhabitants.
Management
The East Pilbara Council has eleven members who are ( six from the South Ward and one each from the North, North West, East, Central and Lower Central Ward ) elected by the inhabitants of the six Wards. From the circle of Councillor also the President of the Council and Shire President recruited.
