Shixing County

Shixing (始兴 县, Shǐxīng Xiàn ) is the district of the city of Shaoguan in northern Guangdong province. It has an area of 2174 km ² and has 250,000 inhabitants (2008 ). Its main town is the large village Taiping (太平 镇).

The walled Hakka village Mantang ( Mantang wei满堂 围) the family of Qianrong Guan (官 干 荣) is since 1996 on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 4-180 ). It is Aizi.
