Shizuka Matsuo

Shizuka Matsuo (Japanese松尾 静香, Shizuka Matsuo; * November 24, 1986 in Osaka Prefecture ) is a Japanese badminton player.

Career

Matsuo comes from the prefecture of Osaka. Through her family, she came with 8 years for badminton and also played in the school club at the elementary school Uriwari - Nishi in the district Hirano of Osaka. At this time they reached first success with a 2nd place in the singles at the national primary school championships in 1998. During her high school time, although played in the school club middle school Uriwari - Nishi, but attended the private Shoin -Higashi High School in the neighboring town HigashiOsaka. At the middle school championships in 2001 she reached the third place in the individual.
