Shunsuke Kikuchi

Shunsuke Kikuchi (Japanese菊池 俊 辅, Shunsuke Kikuchi, born 1 November 1931 in Hirosaki, Japan) is a Japanese composer.

Biography

Be able to compose film music with the interest, studied Shunsuke Kikuchi, son of a fisherman, at Nihon University. Then he continued his studies with the Japanese composer Tadashi Kinoshita. From the early 1960s he began composing his own film scores. Apart from real movies like Gamera against Jiggar: Frankenstein's demon threatens the world, and TV series such as Babel II and Around the World with Willy Fog Kikuchi became internationally especially known for his compositions for the Dragon Ball anime.
