Siarhey Balakhonau

Syarhey Balachonau (or Siarhiej Bałachonaŭ, Belarusian: Сяргей Балахонаў ) ( born April 24, 1977 in Swjazilawitschy, Rajon Vetka, Homelskaja Woblasz ) is a Belarusian writer.

Biography

According to official data Balachonau was born in Gomel. However, his actual birthplace is the village Swjazilawitschy. Balachonau graduated from the secondary school No. 49 in Gomel with the deeper study of the German language (1994) and the historical faculty of the State University of Homel (1999). In 2000 he served in the armed forces of Belarus. Since 2001 he has worked as a history and social studies teachers in Homel.

Creation

The literary work of Balachonau began in 1992, but none was the work which he had written to the fall of 1998 was published.
