Siegen-Wittgenstein (electoral district)

The federal electoral district of Siegen- Wittgenstein ( Constituency 148 ) is a constituency in North Rhine -Westphalia. It comprises the district of Siegen -Wittgenstein.

The Bundestag constituency was placed in this blank, which covers the entire district of Siegen -Wittgenstein with the reform constituency for the parliamentary elections in 2002, back in the old constituency blank which had existed since 1949 up to the Bundestag election in 1980. The area of the constituency was of the federal elections from 1983 to 2002 among the constituencies " 120 Siegen -Wittgenstein I" and - split " 121 Olpe Siegen- Wittgenstein II". The North Siegerländer cities Freudenberg, Kreuztal and Hilchenbach were the Olper constituency 121 slammed in the national elections in 1983, 1987, 1990, 1994 and 1998.
