The Siemens Healthcare Sector was established on 1 January 2008 as one of the three sectors of Siemens AG. Until 2001, was named the Division Medical Technology ( UB Med), then Siemens Medical Solutions (Med) by the end of 2007.

Cleaner, Gebbert & Sound (1906 a stock company with registered capital of 1.2 million Mark converted ) was created by establishing an oHG in 1886 under the name United Physico- Mechanical Workshops cleaner, Gebbert & sound, Erlangen - New York - Stuttgart ( RGS) by Erwin Moritz cleaner, and Karl Friedrich Max Gebbert sound. Gebbert and sound had previously operated a joint workshop in Stuttgart. In 1895 Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen discovered X-rays in Würzburg. Portfolio
