Sigvart Dagsland

Sigvart Dagsland ( born October 18, 1963 in Stavanger ) is a Norwegian pop and rock singer, pianist and composer.

Dagsland played since he was seven years old piano and sang in the Cathedral Choir of Stavanger, in the choir of Stavangerskolene. In 1980 he formed his first band Tor og Liv. In 1982 he made ​​his debut alongside Ove Thue, Susanne Fuhr and Gudny Aspaas on television with the musical Dans Med Oss Gud. In 1985 Joker, the first of 14 solo albums bangs.

On the album Underlig Frihet Dagsland sang duets with Karoline Krüger ( his wife ), Jan Toft and Solveig Slettahjell. At its twenty-year anniversary as a recording artist he gave three concerts in Stavanger, Oslo and Bergen, among other factors, Karoline Krüger, Terje Rypdal, Maria Arredondo, Bjørn Eidsvåg, Erik Hillestad and Gunnar Roalkvam were guests.
