Silas Kiplagat

Silas Kiplagat ( born August 20, 1989 at Marakwet District ) is a Kenyan middle distance runner who specializes in the 1,500 -meter run.

Kiplagat was the third of six children in the village Siboh in the Division of Dead Marakwet District.
