Silesian Metropolis

The Metropolia Silesia, formerly Upper Silesian Metropolitan Union (Polish: Upper Silesia Metropolitalny, short GZM ), a local association in the Polish province of Silesia is a metropolitan area. The Upper Silesian Metropolitan Union was founded on 8 June 2007 from 14 cities of the Upper Silesian industrial region and the small Polish Dombrowa coal basin.
